Application of an information and analytical system for monitoring the current condition of 1517 years old basketball players during special physical training

The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of an information and analytical system for monitoring the current condition of basketball players aged 15-17 years in the process of special physical training.
Methodology and organization of the study In the period from September 2022 to June 2023, a parallel formative pedagogical experiment was conducted, in which 24 basketball players from sports excellence groups (15-17 years old) took part. All the athletes were divided into 12 people in the control group – MBUDO "Sports School No. 2" (Smolensk) and in the experimental group – GBU do "Moscow Basketball Academy" structural unit "Sports School of the Olympic Reserve "Pervomaiskaya" (Moscow). The distinctive aspects of the physical fitness content of EG and KG basketball players were that a differentiated approach to training was proposed, taking into account the playing role of athletes, as well as monitoring the players' body condition using modern information and analytical systems, which allows them to quickly identify the level of fitness and make adjustments to the content of training tasks.
The results of the study and their discussion The introduction of monitoring of the current state of the body and the differentiation on this basis of training equipment and loads in the process of special physical training of EG basketball players of various playing roles and body types during the emerging pedagogical experiment has significantly increased the growth rate of the total distance of movement. by 33.33%, the number of accelerations performed and movements of a high-intensity nature by 19.27% and 10.65%, the duration of accelerations by 57.14%, average and maximum speeds – 38.30% and 17.93%, respectively, as well as a useful game coefficient of 60.71%.
Conclusions Optimization of the content of special physical training of basketball players at the stage of improving sports skills provides a significant expansion of the functional state, increased physical fitness and working capacity, which contribute to achieving maximum motor performance in competitions, which has a positive effect on the effectiveness and efficiency of the game in attack and defense, performing high-speed movements, as well as the coefficient of usefulness of the game.
