The content of mesocycles of methods of physical training of athletes aged 1617 in maswrestling

Introduction. In the People's Republic of China, the mas-wrestling federation was founded in 2023, which is actively developing mas-wrestling in the country, involving not only adult athletes, but also young men in this sport. Currently, world championships are held for boys and girls aged 16-17, which necessitates the search for ways to optimize the athletic training of mas wrestlers for effective participation in international competitions [1].
The purpose of the study is to develop the mesocycle content of the physical training methodology for athletes aged 16-17 in mas-wrestling.
Methodology and organization of research. The study was conducted at the bases of the NEFU named after M.K. Ammosov and the Wuhan Professional College of Administrative Affairs, China. A theoretical analysis of the research problem was carried out, dynamometry was used to determine the strength parameters of the hand and fingers of athletes, a survey was conducted of 33 experts in the sport of mas-wrestling, pedagogical testing was conducted of 75 young men aged 16-17 years engaged in mas-wrestling of three weight categories: up to 50 kg, up to 60 kg, up to 70 kg, with experience classes are 3.78±0.34 years old.
The results of the study and their discussion. In the methodology of physical training of athletes aged 16-17 in mas-wrestling, the content component includes structural small and medium training cycles - 5 mesocycles and 20 microcycles - developed taking into account the specifics of the sport, the contingent, the stage of long–term improvement of athletes, the theoretical and methodological features of training athletes in mas-wrestling. The five mesocycles include 20 microcycles and their sequence was as follows: two retracting, three percussive, restorative, three percussive, restorative, two percussive, restorative, three percussive, restorative, two percussive, one leading. One microcycle included five training sessions. The duration of one training session is 90 minutes. Monday: OFP – speed and maximum strength of the leg muscles, Tuesday: OFP, OFP – maximum strength of the arm and back muscles, Wednesday: rest, Thursday: OFP, Friday: OFP – speed and strength abilities, coordination, strength endurance, Saturday: OFP, OFP – endurance, flexibility.
Conclusion. The method of physical training of wrestlers aged 16-17 includes five mesocycles of four weekly microcycles each. The training process began with a retracting mesocycle, in which there were no heavy-duty classes, followed by two basic mesocycles, which differed in volume and intensity, and the training process ended with two specially preparatory mesocycles.
