Introduction. In the first quarter of the 21st century, the problem of the competitiveness of graduates of humanities and economics remained unresolved. Employers are demanding an increase in the level of competencies in demand on the labor market, which required the elimination of contradictions through the introduction of innovative practical training methods.
The purpose of the study is to develop and experimentally test a method of interaction between employers and students of universities of physical culture with appropriate organizational and pedagogical conditions.
The results of the study and their discussion. The study of the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the transition to subject-subject relations in the practical training of students of a physical education university made it possible to identify the importance of social partnership between a specialized educational organization and employers in the relevant industry and to determine the conceptual foundations of interaction between participants in educational relations. The selection of the most effective organizational and pedagogical types of planned and unplanned interaction between students and employers, acceptable for increasing the level of competencies of future young personnel in demand by the industry labor market, was carried out through the organization of fifth-year students in the 2008-2009 academic year in physical education events at the Luzhniki Olympic Complex and internships on the basis of the Charity Foundation. Sports Club programs conducted in their free time, as well as in the 2010-2011 academic year, during the experimental production practices of the 4th to 5th courses of study in the specialty "Organization Management" and in the 2015-2016 and 2017-2018 academic years, experimental production practices of the 3rd to 4th courses of study in the field of Management (bachelor's degree level).
Conclusions. The study showed that the specifics of the physical education industry limit the use of the developed methodology in internships and in training during mass sports events, where practical training is based on a traditional approach and subject-object relations. The lack of involvement of professional consultants in practical training makes it impossible to use the methodology and improve the level of competence of students.
The most promising and flexible forms of interaction in solving employers' pedagogical tasks are traditionally innovative production practices and events in the physical education industry, where the methodology is implemented with the participation of employees of the organization who simultaneously act as consultants and experts in performing professionally oriented tasks. The "learning platforms" of such practices allow students to change positions and activities in a single space, develop personal qualities and gain work experience.
The change in organizational and pedagogical conditions and the transition from subject-object to subject-subject relations make the developed methodology relevant for the development of personal qualities of students in socio-humanitarian and economic areas of training.
