IT cluster in the field of physical culture and sports for the development of habilitation and rehabilitation systems

Introduction. In Russia, there are more than 7 million citizens with disabilities and health restrictions who do not have medical contraindications for sports [1].
The expansion of integrated infrastructure and the search for innovative solutions are important areas in the strategy for further development of rehabilitation and habilitation of persons with disabilities.
The purpose of the study is to substantiate the creation of an IT cluster in the field of physical culture and sports for the development of a habilitation and rehabilitation system.
Methodology and organization of research. The analysis of the use of IT in the system of habilitation and rehabilitation of students of Cherepovets State University with disabilities and disabilities is carried out.
The results of the study and their discussion. It is proposed to create an IT cluster in the field of FKiS providing modules: training, modeling and design. Inclusive applied projects will create a physically and informationally accessible environment that adapts educational programs and materials to the needs of students with disabilities. The Cluster operation assumes:
Effective training. Assignment to project groups, training in the format of research and development, including AFK.
Connection with the sports industry. Systematic work on real-world problems, projects, and requests, including medical technology developers.
Creative activity. Recruitment and training of specialists. Self-selection of interest groups and opportunities.
A progressive approach to design. Bringing together the expert community, participants, and partners is not based on the principle of competition, but on the principle of collective creativity, the foresight of the sport of the future.
The implementation of the IT Cluster in the FKiS is supposed to involve young people in the implementation of such areas of future professions as architecture and the construction of new sports facilities for new sports in accordance with modern trends, IT and electronics, economics and management, psychology and pedagogy, media and design, rehabilitation and adaptation, physical education and sports.
Conclusion. The existing potential of modern IT tools for regulating motor activity is insufficiently used to solve the problems of lack of motor activity of students with disabilities and disabilities.
The creation of an environment for the co-creation of interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary areas in the form of an IT Cluster at the university will make it possible to design innovative solutions for the development of the habilitation and rehabilitation system.
