Statistical model of kinematic indicators for performing a large forward swing with a 360° turn on bars of different heights in artistic gymnastics

Objective of the study is to develop a statistical model of the kinematic indicators of elements with a large forward swing and a 360° turn on bars of different heights based on identifying differences in the structure of the element's execution by gymnasts of the Russian national team and leading gymnasts of the world at competitions of various ranks in 2020-2024.
Methods and structure of the study. The study shows that the technique of performing an element with a 360° turn by the world's leading gymnasts creates favourable conditions for transferring the skill to performing an element with a 540° turn (performance of the element by Russian gymnasts at competitions of various ranks – 0 times, by gymnasts from other countries – 34 times). In this regard, the kinematic parameters of performing a 360° turn element by foreign gymnasts can be considered as a model.
