Objective of the study is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally determine the influence of experimental methods on the formation of technical and tactical skills of young athletes in short track at a distance of 500 m.
Methods and structure of the study. The experiment involved 30 athletes from GBU DO RS (Ya) "Sports School for Winter Sports", divided into control and experimental groups. For 12 weeks, the experimental group trained according to the new method, and the control group trained according to the standard program. The experimental training methodology includes four main areas: technique, starting speed, tactics, and psychological preparation.
Research results and conclusions. The results showed a significant improvement in physical and tactical performance in the experimental group compared with the control group. Special attention was paid to cornering technique, starting speed and tactical thinking, which is critical for successful performances. The methodology, based on an integrated approach, contributed not only to the development of skills, but also to the growth of confidence among young athletes. The data obtained can form the basis of new training programs and confirmed the expediency of introducing the methodology into sports practice.
