Practical orientation of professional and personal development of future physical education teachers

Objective of the study is to conceptualize practice–oriented learning and identify the formation of components of professional and personal development of future physical education teachers.
Methods and structure of the study. The experimental work was carried out on the basis of the Institute of Physical Culture, Sports and Life Safety of the I.A. Bunin YSU in 2024-2025. The author's methodology in the form of a database was used as a research tool to diagnose the level of formation of the professional and personal development of a future physical education teacher.
Results and conclusions. A practical approach within the framework of the professional and personal growth of a future physical education teacher promotes active preparation for independent teaching, improvement of professional skills and disclosure of creative potential. The use of practice-oriented tasks helps to better assimilate the material. Their uniqueness attracts students and develops their curiosity and creative thinking.
