Structural and functional model of preparation of students of pedagogical universities for organizing cultural and educational activities on the example of the profile "Physical Education"

Objective of the study aims to develop and substantiate a structural and functional model designed to prepare students of pedagogical universities specializing in the field of "physical culture" to organize cultural and educational work with an educational orientation.
Methods and structure of the study. As part of the research conducted on the basis of Perm State Humanitarian and Pedagogical University with the participation of the Azov State Pedagogical University, a survey of first and second year students, including students of the profile "physical culture", was carried out. The purpose of the survey was to identify the degree of their readiness to carry out cultural and educational activities in educational institutions in modern realities, as well as to assess their ability to choose appropriate forms and methods for such activities.
Results and conclusions. As a result of the research, the authors have developed the theoretical foundations of the model, which include components of pedagogical skills and creative potential. Special attention is paid to structural elements such as the formation of a value system and the development of key competencies necessary for the successful implementation of cultural and educational initiatives. The functional aspect of the model focuses on practical tools that students can use in their future professional activities. Various methods of educational work are considered, contributing to the creation of a cultural and educational environment both in the educational institution and beyond, involving a wide range of participants. Examples of the practical implementation of the model in the educational process are presented.
