Introduction. Historically, in The Soviet Union, and then in In Russia, during the period of the specialty, many universities opened departments of second higher, additional professional and postgraduate education, where graduates or pre-graduates of universities could receive, as it was then customary to say, a "scarce" specialty, that is, a profession in demand on the labor market. Traditionally, these faculties were attended by representatives of either the same university who wanted to expand their professional competencies, or professionals who did not have higher specialized education, and the second category of students was more numerous, which pushed universities to work at the request of large employers in manufacturing industries. Currently, when two-level education appeared (since Russia joined the Bologna education system), the magistracy took over the specified functions of the postgraduate training department. In both cases, the acquisition of a new profession or the expansion of competencies was carried out sequentially – one stage of training after another, whereas the situation on the labor market currently requires the simultaneous implementation by universities of the sports industry of two processes: the intensification of education and the organization of interdisciplinary training of students. The way out of this situation is the organization of simultaneous parallel training of students in subject and interdisciplinary study profiles.
The purpose of the study is to substantiate the introduction of interdisciplinary profiles of higher education in a sports university and describe the organizational and pedagogical conditions that contribute to the effectiveness of this process.
The results of the study and their discussion. A large-scale study was conducted at the GAOU at MGUSiT aimed at identifying the most relevant for the sports industry in general, and the Moscow region in particular, additional interdisciplinary competencies of specialists, the formation of which is difficult due to the limited volume in the system of additional professional education.
The identified interdisciplinary areas of knowledge relate to significant areas of development of the professional field: psychological training of a teacher's coach, preparation for marketing, PR technologies and education of the industry, reorientation of interlanguage communication of the sports industry in accordance with the modern socio-cultural situation.
Based on the analysis, the following profiles of the second higher education were developed and implemented, starting from the second year of the bachelor's degree: "Advertising and public relations specialist", "Tour guide with knowledge of a foreign language. Guide-translator", "Sports psychology". Pedagogical conditions have been identified that contribute to improving the effectiveness of the process of obtaining the development of interdisciplinary competencies. Among them: 1) expanding the inclusion of students in educational and industrial practice and creating a mechanism for their social partnership with industry employers; 2) the inclusion of students in social design on topical issues of the professional sphere; 3) the systematization of information support and the creation of a bank of educational and methodological materials on interdisciplinary topics in all academic disciplines within each academic discipline; 4) the organization of intra-university mentoring within the framework of the student scientific society and the Council of young scientists of the university.
Conclusion. The study conducted by the authors showed the relevance and relevance of the introduction of interdisciplinary profiles of the second higher education of universities in the sports industry at the same time as the first.
