Determining the effectiveness of application special exercises using exercises devices for competitive results highly qualified disc throwers

Introduction. An important component of a long throw is the manifestation of explosive force, which the athlete needs to show in all phases of movement. Naturally, when an athlete's professionalism and qualifications increase, as well as his level of performance at competitions increases, certain requirements for physical performance also increase, which directly shows the preparedness of the thrower himself.
Standard methods of developing strength abilities do not always contribute to improving the level in the leading muscle groups, therefore, innovative techniques should be introduced to improve their quality, for example, the use of training devices of various orientation.
The purpose of the study is to prove the effectiveness of the use of exercises on training devices and their impact on the competitive result of qualified discus throwers.
Research methodology: literature analysis, pedagogical supervision, pedagogical testing.
The results of the study and their discussion. For each individual discus thrower, model indicators of strength training for the current sports result were determined. During the experiment, the total intensity of the training loads mastered by the subjects during training on training devices was estimated.
To assess the level of strength indicators of athletes, we selected tests: bench press, squat with a barbell on the shoulders, half-squat with a barbell on the shoulders, jerk of the barbell, lifting the barbell on the chest.
The developed set of exercises using training devices for qualified discus throwers was used in the main part of the lesson. All exercises were performed in five sets, the weight and quantity varied depending on the level of preparedness.
Conclusions. The study of the volume of work of athletes according to literary sources allows us to state the fact that with the growth of sports skills, the volume of special specific means, exercises aimed at developing the qualities of a strong character increases. The main elements associated with the development of strength qualities are exercises on training devices. At the same time, it was found that the volume of these funds in the annual cycle varies depending on the level of preparedness of the disk blocks.
We have identified the main means of strength training for highly qualified discus throwers, such as barbells, dumbbells, general developmental exercises, block simulators, friction, spring-lever training devices, as well as inclined benches.
The visible increase in the competitive result after the conducted pedagogical experiment confirmed the expediency of using various devices in the training of qualified discus throwers.
