Digital environment as an opportunity to form of socially adequate behavior of athletes from the sports reserve

Objective of the study was to identify the possibilities of the digital environment as a means of shaping the socially appropriate behavior of athletes from among the sports reserve in sailing.
Methods and structure of the study. When implementing this stage of the study, carried out as part of the study of deviant behavior and value orientations of athletes from among the sports reserve (October 2022 - April 2023), a set of methods was used: analysis of literary sources, expert survey, questioning, conversation. Based on the results of previous studies, a group of young athletes with observed manifestations of deviant behavior was formed (n=12).
Results and conclusions. Analysis of the results of the study confirmed the need and possibility of using the digital environment as a means of leveling the manifestations of deviant behavior and the formation of socially appropriate behavior of young athletes. The results of the study led to the conclusion about the insufficient use of the possibilities of the digital environment in the training and educational process of athletes from among the sports reserve in sailing.
