Objective of the study was to assess the impact of digital transformation on the state of psychological health of employees of sports and recreation organizations.
Methods and structure of the study. For the experiment, 50 people working in sports and recreation organizations in Moscow were selected, who were divided into two equal groups. Respondent group No. 1 is minimally involved in digital processes, mainly searching and viewing information on the Internet, infrequent use of mobile messengers and e-mail. On the contrary, the group of respondents No. 2 daily uses digital technologies in their work, in particular, application programs, office applications, messengers of various types, etc. The following diagnostic methods were used: a method for assessing mental activation, emotional tone (N.A. Kurgansky, T.A. Nemchin), a method for express diagnostics of stress (Kristan Schreiner), the Taylor anxiety scale (Adapted by T.A. Nemchin).
Results and conclusions. The experiment showed that digital transformation does not have a big impact on the state of psychological health of employees of a sports and recreation organization. Along with this, some workers can observe increased anxiety, stress and other psycho-emotional states that need correction. To maintain the psychological health of employees, team building can be organized aimed at reducing social tension and raising the collective spirit.
