Objective of the study was to assess the current functional state of the Thai boxer within the training microcycle.
Methods and structure of the study. During two microcycles of training sessions, the analysis of the dynamics of the individual characteristics of the functional state of the athlete's body was carried out using the “OMEGA-C2” system for a comprehensive computer study of the state of athletes, manufactured by LLC “NPF Dinamika”, St. Petersburg.
Results and conclusions. It was established both the presence of fairly stable characteristics of the state of the body, and those that changed in a wide range, which indicates the expediency of taking them into account in an objective assessment of delayed training effects and the current state of the athlete's body systems with the possibility of appropriate operational adjustment of training loads.

Keywords: functional state, heart rate variability, current control, "OMEGA-C2".
