Objective of the study was to establish modern trends in the game in the process of controlling the temporal parameters of movement among highly qualified female football players in China in competitive activities.
Methods and structure of the study. The main research method was pedagogical observation of the competitive activity of highly qualified female football players of the Chinese youth national team. During the observation, videos of nine official matches with the participation of the Chinese women's youth team were obtained, which were subsequently subjected to a comprehensive analysis by recording the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of motor actions in a special protocol. The obtained data made it possible to systematize information about the physical activity of female athletes during the games.
Results and conclusions. The results of statistical analysis of official matches made it possible to determine the composition and content of the characteristics that determine the motor activity of highly qualified female football players in China in the process of competitive activity. The authors conclude that the game of equal opponents includes a large number of application of various technical methods of playing in attack and defense, taking into account the playing role of the athlete. The implementation of all techniques in constantly changing game situations (alternating "active" and "passive" phases of the game, the transition from defense to attack, and vice versa) requires highly skilled female players of various roles to demonstrate high rates of motor and functional readiness.
