Attitude of Chinese university students to table tennis classes within the discipline "Physical Culture"

Objective of the study was to identify the attitude of Chinese university students to table tennis lessons within the framework of the discipline "Physical Culture".
Methods and structure of the study. To identify the attitude of students to table tennis lessons, a questionnaire was developed containing 11 questions. The survey involved 94 1st, 2nd and 3rd year students of the Sanmenxia Vocational Technical University of Henan Province, who play table tennis.
Results and conclusions. A survey of students involved in table tennis made it possible to identify their motivation for playing table tennis, their needs and desires for the duration, focus, and organization of training sessions, which will allow them to plan and conduct training sessions more competently, taking into account the interests of those involved and increase their effectiveness. The features of the organization of the educational process and the use of means and methods in the framework of table tennis lessons are considered. Recommendations are given on the use of integration forms of increasing the motor activity and physical training of Chinese students in the process of physical education at the university on the example of table tennis lessons.
