Anti-crisis strategy for the implementation of physical education of students in conditions of limitation of life

Objective of the study was to substantiate the pedagogical model focused on ensuring the continuity of the implemented educational routes, maintaining the functional status and quality of life of students in various phases of the pandemic.
Methods and structure of the study. An anti-crisis model of physical education has been developed and implemented, providing a solution to educational introspective tasks of self-organization of life, maintaining motor activity and psychosomatic health of students in real stressful conditions of a pandemic.
Results and conclusions. Mastering educational competencies has led to an increase in interactivity and an adequate perception of electronic content information by students. The anti-crisis strategy for the implementation of the educational discipline "Physical Education" actualizes the methodology for the proactive formation of basic competencies for mastering healthy lifestyle algorithms, independent physical training, and solving problems in mastering individual routes of physical activity.
