Objective of the study was to assess the speeds and accelerations of the centers of gravity of athletes when performing a throw Ippon-Seoi-Nage.
Methods and structure of the study. To conduct the experiment, a video recording of the Olympic judo champion Toshihiko Koga was taken.
The intervals within which the projections of velocities and accelerations of the center of gravity of athletes change in the process of preparing and performing a throw over the back have been studied.
Results of the study and their discussion. The data obtained indicate that the dynamic processes in the attacking athlete prevail in the horizontal plane, and in the attacked in the vertical plane. Based on the results obtained, it is possible to recommend the performance of technical actions after preliminary swinging of the opponent or with deliberate stretching of movements. The features of the throw technique after preliminary swinging or stretching of the movement are determined by the current situation, anthropometric data and details of the athletes' personal technique.

Keywords: velocity projections, acceleration of the center of gravity, dynamic processes.
