Abstract
Objective of the study was to experimentally prove the effectiveness of a differentiated methodology for developing the mobility of the musculoskeletal system of university students based on the use of fitness aerobics.
Methods and structure of the study. The study was attended by 1 year students of the Siberian Federal University of Krasnoyarsk in the amount of 50 people, who were divided into control and experimental groups of 25 people. All students underwent testing aimed at assessing the initial state of mobility of the musculoskeletal system. An experimental differentiated technique was developed, which was designed into the process of physical education classes for students of the experimental group, while the control group was engaged in the traditional method of developing mobility of the musculoskeletal system. The main stage of the experiment took place from 2020 to 2022. At the end of the pedagogical experiment, a theoretical and statistical analysis was carried out to confirm the purpose of the study.
Results and conclusions. The conducted pedagogical experiment contributed to the justification, development and testing of a differentiated methodology for the development of mobility of the musculoskeletal system of university students by means of fitness aerobics. A block of control exercises was selected and formed, as well as levels for assessing and monitoring the mobility of the musculoskeletal system of university students in physical education classes. A pedagogical algorithm has been developed for the functioning of a differentiated methodology for the development of mobility of the musculoskeletal system of students in the university process of physical education.
Based on the results of the experimental method implementation, the average increase in musculoskeletal mobility in female students of the experimental group was 38.7 % (p<0.05); in the control group, the increase in patients of the traditional method was 9.7 % (p>0.05).
Thus, the results of the experiment showed the need for a differentiated approach in the development of mobility of the musculoskeletal system of university students using fitness aerobics in the process of physical education at the university.
