Objective of the study was to conduct a comparative analysis of the patterns of change in the kinematic and dynamic indicators of the movement of the barbell in the clean and jerk among the world record holders in the heavyweight division of men and women.
Methods and structure of the study. Registration of the bar trajectory and calculation of the kinematic and dynamic indicators of its movement was carried out using lateral biomechanical video filming, which is part of the method of operational and current biomechanical control in weightlifting "SCOLIFK-2012". Video cameras were located on both sides of the weightlifting platform, the shooting frequency was 50 and 100 frames per second. All attempts of the Georgian athlete Lasha Talakhadze (weight – 176.3 kg, body length – 1.96 m, age – 28 years) and Tatyana Kashirina (weight – 102.7 kg, body length – 1.68 m, age – 22).
Results and conclusions. With an increase in the weight of the bar at Kashirina, when the bar is lifted to the chest, the indicators of the height and vertical speed of the center of mass (CM) of the bar naturally decrease, and when the bar is pushed out from the chest, the depth of the squat increases, the maximum speed of the bar is pushed out and the maximum vertical force during the semi-squat decreases. In addition, in the transition phase, the loss of vertical speed is more pronounced than in the jerk.
In Talakhadze, with an increase in the weight of the bar, the maximum force naturally increases during the pushing of the projectile, and the athlete demonstrates the greatest values of strength and power in the last approach with the best result in the clean and jerk. The maximum vertical force when pushing the bar increases from 4958 H to 5458 H.
