Regular exercise increases stamina and reduces frustration. To choose a sport, it is necessary to take into account the levels of aggressiveness, extraversion and plasticity of the processes going on in the brain. Volleyball players are characterized by a certain degree of aggressiveness, the presence of plasticity and significant extraversion. For those engaged in sports walking, a lower level of these indicators is characteristic.
