Cognitive component in sports training of children involved in playing sports

Objective of the study was to theoretical and practical substantiation of the conditions for planning the cognitive component of sports training, aimed at increasing the level of mental performance of children involved in football.
Methods and structure of the study. A system-structural, individually differentiated approach was chosen, which made it possible to structure favorable conditions for the formation of a cognitive environment in the training process of young football players.
Results and conclusions. The conditions for planning the cognitive component of sports training, aimed at increasing the level of mental performance of children involved in football, were: simple and complex changes in the spatial conditions for performing motor actions in compliance with time parameters; the formation of motor experience in a conjugated spatially complicated environment; taking into account the age aspect in the perception of spatial changes; pedagogical emphasis on controlling functions in a given mobile system.
