Abstract
Objective of the study was to test and analyze benefits of training machines with psychomotor progress test and monitoring capacity for youth Kyokushin karate.
Methods and structure of the study. We selected, as most beneficial for progress in the key physical qualities and Kyokushin karate motor skills, "Raslik" and "Wards" Cognitive E-trainers presented by the e-sports tournaments tracking platform click-storm.ru. These trainers test the visual-motor coordination, attention controls and memorizing capacity – with volumes, focusing skills, new action mastering progress pace tests, etc. We sampled for the tests the 8-15-year-old Kyokushin karate trainees (n=16) who were trained using the above e-trainers for 26-28 hours per week, with the progress rated by the pre- versus post-experimental tests.
Results and conclusion. The e-trainers were tested beneficial as they help efficiently manage and individualize the training service for the specific training goals and progress needs.
