Abstract
Objective of the study was to test benefits of a new post-training rehabilitation model for ethnic Hapsagay wrestling elite.
Methods and structure of the study. We sampled for the Hapsagay wrestling rehabilitation model testing experiment (run in 2017 through 2019) the Churapcha State Institute of Physical Education and Sports students (n=40) trained in Hapsagay wrestling groups and split them up into Experimental and Control group of 20 people each. The sample was tested by the Maxi-Pro Vibrator System designed to speed up the post-training and competitive rehabilitations of bodily functions.
Results and conclusion. The pre- versus post-experimental tests found the Experimental group making significant progress versus the Control group in the rehabilitation time and physical fitness tests. Therefore, the new post-training rehab model may be recommended for application in modern Hapsagay wrestling sport on a training system sensitive basis to improve the individual physical stress tolerance, particularly in the pre- and competitive periods.
