Objective of the study was to assess the effectiveness of the technologies of complex and successive integration of motor abilities in physical training of students at military training centers.
Methods and structure of the study. The educational experiment involved 30 male students of the 3rd-5th years of study (20-22 years old). The sample was divided into 2 groups: Experimental and Control Group, 10 subjects each. The technology of complex integration of motor abilities was implemented in the first Experimental Group (EG-1), that of successive integration - in the second Experimental Group (EG-2). The Control Group subjects were trained under the traditional academic "Physical Education and Sports" discipline under the main educational program of the university on different specialties (based on the sports-specific technologies).
Results and conclusions. The findings prove the benefits of both technologies in the long-term planning of the educational and training process, with the complex integration technology being more suitable for the physical training of military personnel, as it helps maintain a constant level of physical working capacity.
