Conclusion. Sports enhance adaptation to vestibular loads with optimization of the heart's response to them. The movements characteristic of sports activities with a change in the position of the head in space have a positive effect on the work of the heart, manifested by the dynamics of the heart rate, which is somewhat more physiological in swimmers than in football players and track and field athletes.
