Special physical fitness indices of mas-wrestlers

Objective of the study was to identify indicators of special physical fitness of mas-wrestlers based on the objective data obtained using the hardware-software complex.
Methods and structure of the study. The athletes’ special physical fitness rates were obtained using the dynamometric platform AMTI, which served as foot support during the static seated row. On command, the subject was to perform the maximum static seated row for 12 sec. The use of the hardware-software complex made it possible to line up the test dynamogram and monitor the individual strength characteristics. The article presents the results of testing of a group of girls (n=10) engaged in mas-wrestling.
Results and conclusions. The data obtained in the test provided additional indicators that allowed detailed consideration of individual characteristics of special physical fitness. It was also found that the female athletes displayed maximum strength in-between the 2nd and 7th sec of testing. Starting from the 8th sec, we observed a statistically significant decrease in the subjects’ strength values.
The proposed testing method helped obtain objective data on the dynamics of changes in the strength values and, based on this, determine additional indicators allowing detailed examination of the special physical fitness rates of mas-wrestlers.
