Objective of the study was to analyze individualized mechanisms of development of students’ motor qualities.
Methods and structure of the study. As part of this study, A.Y. Girinskaya’s (et al.) methods were used to determine the psycho-physiological manifestations of the personality qualities. The following indicators were diagnosed: speed and accuracy (no premature reaction errors) of the simple motor reaction, accuracy of the reaction to a moving object, speed and accuracy of the reaction of choice. We also used Luscher Color Test. The study was carried out on the basis of the Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation throughout the academic year and involved 86 3rd-year students. The study aimed to substantiate the use of the means and methods of development of motor qualities of students with different individual characteristics.
Results and conclusions. Individualized training of students is realized through special physical exercises which are based on the cognitive, motor, or complex effects, and develop their special motor abilities. The psycho-physiological characteristics of students are displayed in the indicators of psycho-vegetative activity, dynamics of sensorimotor qualities, and specific features of adaptation to various types of educational activity. Individualized training of students is realized through special physical exercises, which are based on the basic provisions of physical training.

Keywords: individualization, fitness training, physical loads, physical education, motor qualities.
