Abstract
Objective of the study was to develop methods of express control of the technique of execution of weightlifting exercises by highly-skilled athletes in the process of training.
Methods and structure of the study. The research was carried out at the FSBI North-Caucasian Federal Research and Clinical Center of the Federal Biomedical Agency of Russia in the town of Kislovodsk on the Maloe Sedlo mountain at the height of 1240 m during the training camps in the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Yug Sport". The study involved 45 weightlifters (males and females) having the sports qualification of Masters of Sport - members of the Russian weightlifting team. BTS MotionSystem (BTS Bioengineering, Italy) was used for the study purposes, including SMART-DX - optoelectronic system with 3 infrared cameras and 2 video cameras, a wireless system of dynamic electromyographic diagnostics BTS EMFREEG 1000 - 8 EMG sensors, 2 sensory tensodynamometric platforms of 60x40 cm.
Results and conclusions. Using the programs developed for the electronic computing machine (certificates RU 2020660143, 28.08.2020 and RU 2020660142, 28.08.2020), we analyzed the technique of execution of such weightlifting exercises as "Snatch" and "Jerk" performed by 45 Masters of Sport in weightlifting, determined the gender-specific characteristics of the execution technique and differences in the biomechanical parameters depending on the weight category. We also calculated the percentile indices to form the model characteristics of the snatch and jerk techniques.
