Approval of sports and entertainment programs with elements of folk games in general educational school

Introduction. Currently, researchers are actively searching for innovative forms of conducting school lessons that allow children to engage in motor activity, form the physical culture of the student's personality, and contribute to the knowledge of the cultural values of the nation.
The purpose of the study is to test the sports and entertainment form of conducting a physical education lesson in a secondary school in the form of students performing separate thematic motor and intellectual tasks.
Methodology and organization of the study. As part of the research project "I can!.. ", which involves the Department of directing mass sports and artistic performances named after V. A. Gubanov of the Russian state University of physical culture, sports, youth and tourism (gtsolifk) and the Sirius educational center, a pilot study was conducted to develop a sports and entertainment program, which was tested at physical education classes in a secondary school. The modified sports and entertainment program consists of 7 stations-tasks on the subject of "sports", "science", " art " with elements of folk games. The program was implemented at physical education classes in natural conditions during the course of pedagogical practice by University students. The students of the classes were formed into teams, and the teams passed through the stations one after the other, performing certain tasks on each of them. The time of passing stations, the correctness of completing tasks, and the points received were recorded. A total of five classes participated in the study. The organizational and methodological aspects of the implementation of sports and entertainment programs with children were clarified with the help of a ascertaining experiment conducted in a secondary school.
The results of the study and their discussion. Analysis of the final results showed that students actively and with interest performed physical and intellectual tasks at thematic stations. Motor actions performed in a game entertainment form were available for all participants to perform. In total, when passing each station in the team, such manifestations as mutual assistance, mutual assistance, and dynamic communication of students were noted.
Conclusions. Testing of a modified sports and entertainment program in a secondary school showed the effectiveness and significance of this type of physical education lessons and allowed us to adjust the procedure for the main study, which is planned to be conducted within the framework of the project "I can!.." in the Sirius educational center.
