Conceptual approaches to chess training process

Objective of the study was to conduct a content analysis of conceptual approaches to the chess training process contributing to the achievement of effective long-term results in the training and competitive activities.
Methods and structure of the study. We carried out a theoretical-methodological generalization of conceptual approaches to the effective realization of sports-training activities, with the involvement of more than 2,000 athletes and trainers. The study was conducted on the basis of the Chess House of Russian State Social University in the period from 2006 to 2019. The methodological generalization of conceptual approaches made it possible to exponentially convert the chess training system into the digital forms.
Results of the study and conclusions. The effectiveness of the chess training system, which enabled to increase the motor density of training to 80%, was confirmed by the results demonstrated by V.E. Gunina - Olympic champion, World and European champion; E.K. Inarkiev, European champion in classical chess; D.D. Dubova - World champion in "rapid chess" discipline; international grandmasters N.N. Chadaev, A.V. Krapivin, I.A. Vasilevich, A.A. Rakhmanov, N.V. Konovalov, A.V. Kuzin, K.L. Ambartsumova, B. Mongotuul, and 20 international masters.
Synergy and emergence of the concepts of B. Skinner's programmed education, P.Y. Halperin's planned step-by-step formation of mental actions and concepts, U. Stern's psychography, I.V. Mikhailova's digital transformation of sports training enable to effectively unleash the intellectual and activity potential of chess players during their sports-training activity.
