The possibility of effective use of cardio training with the control of the dynamics of heart rate monitoring to reduce the heart rate and increase the functional status of women aged 45-50 years with hypertension was found. These individuals are recommended to use at least two cardio sessions per week lasting at least 35 minutes with different pulse modes: gentle (110-120 beats/ min) and training (130-140 beats/min).
