The proven program of physical rehabilitation of patients after knee surgery has shown its high efficiency, providing athletes with a return to sports. The achieved success was largely due to the use of complex rehabilitation in the rehabilitation process, its consistency, continuity of impact, individual approach and effective lymphatic drainage in the injury zone, which minimized the phenomenon of arthrosis in the future.
