Background. Modern physical education specialist training establishments give a high priority to the graduates’ competitiveness on domestic and foreign labor markets, actual demands of the potential employers for educated human resource and the practical competences and skills for successful professional careers. Traditional training models and technologies are being rapidly outdated and replaced by new products of the research and technological industry. That is the reason why the innovative education technologies analyzed herein and their development and implementation policies and practices are so important for the national physical education specialist training system.

Objective of the study was to classify and analyze benefits of the new specialist training technologies for the national school physical education and health service.

Results and discussion. The study was run in 2017-19, with the innovative projects and experiences of the national and foreign universities of 21 countries analyzed and summarized for the study purposes. Modern educational technologies were classified and assessed for application in the national school physical education and health service, with a special priority to the education domains and services in the highest demand by the national communities, labor markets and, hence, of special interest for the school graduates. The domains were found by analyses of the reference literature and school reports and verified by the questionnaire survey data. As a result, the article offers a classification of the most beneficial new physical education and health specialist training technologies grouped by five domains: see Table 1 hereunder.

General scientific domain mission is to provide a theoretical educational framework for the student – with the cultural technologies, for instance, with their traditions and innovations analysis governed by their interaction dialectics. Historical science technologies in their turn make it possible to analyze the origins and progresses of the social systems and events with the relevant evolution stages, drivers, operational mechanisms and progress prospects [2, 3].

Humanities domain prioritizes the professional fitness for the interpersonal communication in the context of the personality ethical values and priorities. Acmeological technologies are designed to cultivate the professionally valuable qualities and advance the professional mastery.

General pedagogy domain may be interpreted as the indispensable database and toolkit for the specialist progress since the professional service in the physical education sector requires excellent pedagogical skills [2, 3]. The proposed training technologies are designed to secure good fitness for the professional career as provided by the N.V. Kuzmina’s didactics theory.

Physical education domain refers to the vocational identification (training field) in the professional growth process. Good training in this domain heavily contributes to the graduate’s competitiveness on the home and international labor markets [1].

Communication domain facilitates the individual professional service via excellent proactive communication skills and fitness for public advocacy, promotion, discussions, management, argumentation, solutions etc.; with good social mobility and high employment opportunities.

The modern specialist training technologies analyzed herein are only the most typical of the scope of technologies that have been subject to our study – and intended to provide an insight to the modern physical education specialist training service provided by the European education systems. Some of these technologies are being implemented in a few physical education specialist training fields.

Conclusion. The study demonstrates the need for the education system humanization in the context of the new physical education specialist education technologies development and implementation process geared to mobilize the internal resource of every future physical education specialist with a special contribution from the modern digital education technologies.
