One of the key trends of the modern rhythmic gymnastics (RG) is the rapidly growing difficulty levels of the routines. Objective of the study was to offer and test benefits of the coordination qualities building model for the 8-10 year old rhythmic gymnasts in the ball and rope events. Sampled for the study were the 8-10 year old girls (n=10) qualified Class II-III gymnasts. The pre- and post-experimental tests were intended to produce average arithmetic coordination rates of the sample in the ball and rope events; followed by a comparative analysis of the test data in the third stage of the study. The sample progress in the movement coordination domain was rated in points by a team of top-skilled experts (n=5).
