The study analyzes the mechanisms and stages of self-management of an academic educational process in the physical education service domain, with the stage-specific management algorithms, goals, key operations, necessary skills and benefits of transition to the self-management format.
The group test and analysis stage will be designed to give basics of the self-management skills, with diagnostics of the own abilities, potentialities, advantages and drawbacks. The motivations and goals centered stage is intended to form self-identification frameworks with the primary knowledge, communication needs and operations. The cognitive process design stage was designed to expand the physical education knowledgebase and the relevant competences in the self-analysis to find the most efficient ways and tools to improve the own health. The practical stage is geared to facilitate the self-fulfillment and self-excelling agenda and practical training processes. This is the final stage of transition to the integrated self-management process with the student designing his/her own healthy lifestyle in the elective course and self-reliant learning process. The progress rating stage is intended to rate the self-control skills and efficiency of the relevant physical education service models and tools. The process correction stage implies a transition from the outside correction of the learning process to the self-correction format geared to mitigate and eliminate the somatic, physical, mental and social regresses or disorders in the individual development process. The relevant information toolkits shall be reasonably applied to secure due training, with psychological effects on the individual motivations to cultivate must-win mindset and health sensitive agenda; and facilitate the academic progress.
