It is commonly acknowledged that basics of athletic mastery shall be laid in the green days, and the competitive accomplishments in the further sport careers largely depend on success of the sport basics mastering process. This is the reason why the sport community gives a high priority to the beginner training component in the complex-coordination-intensive sport disciplines. Key mission of the beginner training is to form a technical framework for the model characteristics of the key element. The study was designed to test the biomechanical analytical tools for the main element modeling in acrobatic rock-n-roll.
The study methods included a theoretical analysis; reference study data and rules of competitions analysis; competitive performance monitoring; video capture analysis with classification of the key element execution techniques supported by electromyographic tests. The study data was analyzed by mathematical tools to model the ideal key element execution technique and test the model by experiment.
The experimental data showed benefits of the key element modeling tools as verified by the meaningful progress of the sample in mastering and practical execution of the elements. The combined analytical toolkit applied in the study for the model efficiency tests may be recommended for application in other gymnastic disciplines to reduce the injury rates and improve the competitive performance.

Keywords: key element of acrobatic rock-n-roll, kinematic rates, muscle electric activity, model, dependability, authenticity.
