Introduction. The natural and climatic conditions of the northern regions of the Krasnoyarsk Territory adversely affect the body of the non-indigenous population, which is expressed in the desynchronization of the circadian rhythm of the human body, hypokinesia, functional maladaptation, etc. In this regard, it is important to maintain motor activity based on the selection of health-saving technologies that reduce the negative impact of climatic conditions in the Far North of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The purpose of the study is to develop health–saving technologies for maintaining the motor activity of the working population in the conditions of the Far North.
Methodology and organization of the study. During the experiment, blocks of adapted health-saving technologies were developed aimed at strengthening and maintaining the psychophysical potential of a specialist:
forms of implementation of health-saving technologies: health groups, sports and recreation centers and clubs, production dynamic pauses, sports contests of health, sports holidays, etc.;
types of wellness technologies: yoga gymnastics, fitness aerobics, stretching, sports and board games, bike rides, hiking, running and walking in nature, auto-training;
the distribution of recreational technology classes is carried out depending on the time of year: in autumn – jogging and walking in nature, various bike rides and hiking; in winter – yoga gymnastics, stretching, sports games, skiing (depending on the air temperature); in spring – fitness aerobics, stretching, sports games, walking and running (if weather conditions allow); in summer – departure to other regions with a favorable climate and sports games, walking and running are offered;
the control unit, which includes physical and functional control of the condition of the students, makes appropriate adjustments to the content of their psychophysical training program.
Conclusion. The developed programs based on health-saving technologies used in the process of physical activity of the population of the northern region have been tested in a number of scientific dissertations and have proven their effectiveness.
