Introduction. Often, as a result of acute respiratory viral infection, asthenia phenomena may occur in the human body, significantly reducing its physical capabilities [1]. As a rule, it is possible to weaken and then eliminate the phenomena of asthenia by regular muscle loads [2]. Well-known techniques used for asthenia in adolescence, including athletes, still need additional improvement.
The purpose of the study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the rehabilitation scheme for young karate players aimed at overcoming asthenia.
Methodology and organization of the study. Two groups of young karate students (17-20 years old) have been formed in the work, systematically training at least three times during the week. Each group consisted of 10 young men with asthenia that occurred as a result of acute respiratory viral infection. The persons who made up both groups received rehabilitation for 1.5 months. Rehabilitation in the first group was carried out according to the traditional method. The karate players included in the second group underwent a correction course according to the author's method, which included optimizing the general daily routine, lengthening the night sleep time to 9 hours, enriching the diet in terms of animal protein content and vitamin levels, reducing the density of sports training, daily pearl baths followed by a complex of restorative exercises. The state of the body of the examined patients was conducted initially and after 1.5 months of their recovery.
The results of the study and their discussion. According to all tests, there were no initial differences between the groups of asthenized karate players. At the very beginning of the study , the karateka had: decreased level of endurance, low level of resistance to hypoxia, inhibition of anaerobic metabolism and weakness, decreased functionality of the cardiovascular system. At the end of the rehabilitation performed, the positive dynamics of the registered functional characteristics was obtained in the young karateka in both groups. It was more pronounced in the case of using the author's recovery scheme. The karateka who made up this group showed a more pronounced improvement in their overall functional state by the end of the rehabilitation activities. This was confirmed by a more pronounced dynamics of their main functional parameters, increased metabolism and heart activity. The karateka of the first group had more modest positive changes in the recorded parameters while maintaining signs of asthenia.
Conclusion. The developed scheme of rehabilitation leads to a marked weakening of asthenia in young karate players. The result obtained against the background of the conducted rehabilitation turned out to be higher than against the background of the appointment of a traditional rehabilitation scheme.
