Цель исследования – рассмотреть взаимодействие цифровизации образования и гуманитарного знания, как устойчивой модели образования, в которой технологические инновации дополняются развитием soft skills. Методика и организация исследования. В работе используется сравнительный анализ теоретических концепций и положений по исследуемой теме (проблематике). Результаты исследования и выводы. Цифровизация образования способствует эффективному выполнению стоящей перед вузом социальной задачи по подготовке востребованных и компетентных специалистов в сфере физической культуры и спорта. Ее активное осуществление приводит к дисбалансу между формированием цифровых компетенций и soft skills (гибкие навыки), которые необходимы будущему специалисту для карьерного роста. Гуманитарное знание по-прежнему играет ведущую роль в становлении и формировании личности специалиста в сфере физической культуры и спорта, снижая риски «расчеловечивания» в цифровую эпоху и обеспечивая сохранение этических и духовных ценностей в условиях технологизации спортивного образования. Синтез цифровизации и гуманитарных дисциплин создает устойчивую модель образования, в которой технологические инновации дополняются развитием soft skills, что особенно актуально для подготовки конкурентоспособных специалистов в сфере физической культуры и спорта.
Objective of the study is to consider the interaction between digitalization of education and humanities as a sustainable model of education that combines technological innovations with the development of soft skills. Methods and structure of the study. The work uses a comparative analysis of theoretical concepts and provisions on the topic under study (problematic issues). Results and conclusions. The digitalization of education contributes to the effective implementation of the university's social task of training in-demand and competent specialists in the field of physical culture and sports. Its active implementation leads to an imbalance between the formation of digital competencies and soft skills (flexible skills) that are necessary for future specialists to advance in their careers. Humanitarian knowledge continues to play a leading role in the development and formation of the personality of a specialist in the field of physical culture and sports, reducing the risks of "dehumanization" in the digital era and ensuring the preservation of ethical and spiritual values in the context of the technologicalization of sports education. The synthesis of digitalization and humanities creates a sustainable model of education, where technological innovations are complemented by the development of soft skills, which is especially important for training competitive specialists in the field of physical culture and sports.
