        <p>Цель исследования – обоснование и разработка специального теста для определения проприоцептивной чувствительности указательного пальца ведущей руки баскетболистов, выполняющих бросок мяча в корзину. Методика и организация исследования. Проведено обследование 122 баскетболистов г. Ухань провинции Хубэй (КНР), средний возраст которых составил 20,69±1,58 лет. Осуществлено тестирование проприоцептивной чувствительности указательного пальца ведущей руки баскетболистов, основанное на воспроизведении заданных мышечных усилий в 60 г, 80 г, 100 г, 120 г и 150 г. Для оценки использовалась система определения тактильного давления пальцем (Finger TPS, США, Medical Tectile, inc.), предназначенная для измерения давления, оказываемого пальцами рук на предметы при захвате. Результаты исследования и вывод. Анализ данных процента ошибки воспроизведения мышечных усилий указательного пальца ведущей руки баскетболистов показал, что наиболее высокая согласованность измерений, согласно ICC, достигнута при нагрузках 60 г (ICC = 0,987), 100 г (ICC = 0,994), 120 г (ICC = 0,996) и 150 г (ICC = 0,958). Анализ методом Блэнда-Алтмана продемонстрировал отсутствие статистически значимого систематического смещения (Bias) для всех уровней нагрузки, что подтверждается его значениями, близкими к нулю. Границы согласия (LoA) находились в диапазоне от -0,83% до 0,59% для нагрузок 100 г, что свидетельствует о минимальной случайной вариабельности. Разработанный тест обладает высокой надежностью воспроизведения по всем пяти параметрам величины предлагаемой нагрузки, а подтверждённая анализом метода Блэнда–Алтмана данный тест является пригодной для применения ее в процессе контроля баскетболистов.</p>

        <p>Objective of the study is the substantiation and development of a special test for determining the proprioceptive sensitivity of the index finger of the dominant hand of basketball players performing a shot at the basket. Methods and structure of the study. An examination of 122 basketball players of the city of Wuhan, Hubei province (PRC), whose average age was 20.69±1.58 years, was conducted. Testing of the proprioceptive sensitivity of the index finger of the dominant hand of the basketball players was carried out, based on the reproduction of given muscular efforts of 60 g, 80 g, 100 g, 120 g and 150 g. For assessment, the Finger Tactile Pressure System (Finger TPS, USA, Medical Tactile, inc.) was used, intended for measuring the pressure exerted by the fingers of the hands on objects during gripping. Results and conclusion. Analysis of the data on the percentage of error in reproducing the muscular efforts of the index finger of the dominant hand of basketball players showed that the highest consistency of measurements, according to ICC, was achieved at loads of 60 g (ICC = 0.987), 100 g (ICC = 0.994), 120 g (ICC = 0.996) and 150 g (ICC = 0.958). Analysis by the Bland-Altman method demonstrated the absence of statistically significant systematic bias (Bias) for all load levels, which is confirmed by its values close to zero. The limits of agreement (LoA) were in the range from -0.83% to 0.59% for loads of 100 g, which indicates minimal random variability. The developed test possesses high reproducibility reliability across all five parameters of the magnitude of the proposed load, and, confirmed by the analysis of the Bland-Altman method, this test is suitable for application in the process of monitoring basketball players.</p>
